Estamos pasando por la fase crítica de un periodo de alerta. Podría decirse que estamos mirando la muerte a los ojos y lo estamos haciendo de forma desafiante. Eso me hace sentir orgulloso.
Hoy fue el día número 2. Estamos a 50% de lograr el objetivo y fallar no es una opción.
Nuestro directivo pasó las últimas horas de la tarde evaluando la situación. Luego de decidir como abordaríamos el día final, nos dimos cuenta de que el 95% de las personas se habían ido. En ese momento vimos a 3 miembros que se habían quedado dispuestos a colaborar con nosotros para lograr mañana el objetivo.
Esos 3 héroes, más el resto del directivo, se quedaron trabajando hasta dejarnos lo más cerca posible de lograr el objetivo. Ahí, contrastando las disposiciones de los miembros vi representado con orgullo uno de nuestros principios.
