Anuj, The Engineer: I am really inspired by the way GE is doing it!

Reza, The Consultant: Professor John Hart from MIT and The 3D Printing Handbook by Ben Redwood, Filemon Schöffer, Brian Garret.

Ajith, The Service Engineer: Bre Pettis. The way he has been pushing his brand, the Makerbot, into the common household is pretty inspiring.

Damien, The Support Engineer: André Luc Allanic.

Peter, The CPO: Learn to learn all lessons to be learned from established industries — SPC, QA, ERP, ETC.

Antoine, The Account Manager: Change the current risk-averse approach into a risk-taking mentality.

Reza, The Consultant: Paving the way for the lateral career moves from other industries and disciplines, since the lateral entrants will be a big enrichment and asset in the long run.

Ajith, The Service Engineer: Expansion into the Medical industry.

Keval, The Process Engineer: The advances made by AM in the field of medicine and adoption rate makes me feel very optimistic about the future. I see a future with custom made solutions for each and every patient which in turn improves the standard of life all around the world.

Anuj, The Engineer: Metal printing in aerospace and AM in the power generation industry can lead to huge savings in cost.

Peter, The CPO: Lightweighting, when used not just in aerospace, but for any equipment: Energy consumption by an accelarating object is strictly correlated to the weight of the object, so reducing the weight of moving objects systematically will reduce energy consumption overall.
